It’s designed for writers of all types of books: fiction, nonfiction, or poetry; books for adults, young adults, or children; commercial or literary projects; and textbooks, professional books, reference works, and scholarly books.

By the end of the workshop, you will be well equipped to make your way through the often-confusing maze of American book publishing—and to give your book its best chance in the marketplace. In addition to traditional royalty print publishing, we’ll cover ebooks, print-on-demand presses, self-publishing, subsidy and vanity publishing, amalgam publishing, and other new forms of publishing partnerships.
